Indoor backup rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at all times. Event hosts are strongly advised to proactively arrange temporary tents, canopies, or umbrellas for outdoor setups. The hotel accepts no liability or responsibility for any event disruptions caused by rain or inclement weather.
